Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and DeeroTv. By using the app you accept them. They are written to be fair to both sides: they explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Who we are
DeeroTv is run by a small independent team in Somalia for entertainment. “We” and “us” mean the DeeroTv team; “you” means the person using the app.
Age
You must be 13 or older to have a DeeroTv account. Children under 13 may only watch with a parent or guardian who owns the account and supervises them; we recommend using a Kids profile, which shows only titles marked for children. If we learn that a child under 13 is using an account without a parent, we may close it.
Your account
Accounts are created by our team when you subscribe. Keep your password private: you are responsible for what happens on your account. An account works on one device at a time; signing in on another device signs out the previous one.
Plans and payment
Plans are monthly, weekly or daily. A plan starts at the time our team sets it and ends automatically at the end of its period; watching stops until it is renewed. Prices are agreed with our team when you subscribe or renew.
No refunds
Plans are paid in advance. Once a plan has started it cannot be refunded, exchanged for money, or moved to another account. If a problem on our side stops you from watching for a long time, contact us: we will look at it fairly and may, at our choice, add time to your plan.
Using DeeroTv
DeeroTv is for your own personal viewing. Do not share your account, record, copy, resell or rebroadcast what you watch, or try to get around the one-device rule or other protections. We may suspend or close accounts that do; in that case unused plan time is not refunded.
Comments and ratings
You can rate titles and channels and write comments. Comments show your profile name and picture to other viewers. Be respectful: no insults, hate, threats, spam, adverts or other people’s personal details. You are responsible for what you post. We may hide or delete comments, and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Downloads
Some titles can be downloaded to watch offline. Downloads stay inside the DeeroTv app on your device, are for your own viewing, and stop playing if your plan ends or the title is removed.
Content and availability
Channels, matches and titles can change or be removed, sometimes at short notice, for example when a broadcaster changes its stream. We work hard to keep everything running, but we cannot promise that every stream will always be available or uninterrupted. You need a working internet connection; data charges from your provider are your own.
Explore
Explore lets a phone try DeeroTv once, for a short time, without an account.
Our responsibility
We provide DeeroTv as it is, with reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses caused by your internet connection, your device, or events outside our control. If we are ever responsible for a loss, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the law.
Ending your account
You can stop using DeeroTv at any time and delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account). We may close accounts that break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service changes. We will tell you in the app before important changes take effect. Continuing to use DeeroTv after that means you accept the new terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Somalia. If you have a problem, please contact us first (call +252615038822, WhatsApp +252615038822, email support@deerotv.so) and we will try to solve it within 14 days. If we cannot agree, the dispute may be taken to the competent courts in Mogadishu.
